When cooking for a larger crowd or scaling down a recipe for two:
- Open the recipe in Cook:RE.
- In the Scaled panel directly below the recipe title, use the + or − buttons to step the batch size up or down (e.g.,
½×,1½×,2×). - To enter an exact multiplier, tap the scaled yield text (e.g.,
1× · 4 servings) to type a custom factor. - All ingredient quantities and inline cooking amounts update automatically throughout the recipe.
- Units adapt intelligently (e.g., scaling
2 tbspup by 4× displays as½ cupwhere appropriate).
